Furthermore, your member status guarantees you a permanent and direct communication line with the Riu Class Team, a group of qualified professionals, willing to satisfy your requirements, answer your questions and appreciate your suggestions.

You will receive your provisional Riu Class Classic Card when the process is complete.

Riu Class Gold
A golden opportunity to enjoy exceptional holidays

As thanks for your trust and loyalty, you’ll receive a Gold card if you stay a minimum of 6 times at our hotels within 5 consecutive years (3 times in the 2 preceding years).

Riu Class Diamond
The most exclusive treatment for our most special guests

We have reserved the Riu Class Diamond card for our most special guests.
The passport to the most exclusive world of services and benefits.
You’ll receive your Diamond card if you stay a minimum of 13 times at our hotels within 5 consecutive years (4 times in the two preceding years).
 
 
How are points earned?
Just present your Riu Class card at check-in and points will automatically be added to your account.
 
How can I double or triple my points?
Every time you stay at a Riu Hotel, we’ll reward your loyalty with the chance to obtain the Riu Class Gold or Riu Class Diamond card, which doubles (Gold) or triples (Diamond) your points. You can also double or triple your points by periodically visiting our selection of preferential hotels to accumulate even more benefits while getting to know new destinations.
 
How many points can I earn?
Each time you and your family visit Riu Hotels, you’ll receive a certain number of points per person per night, according to the category of the hotel you choose to stay in:
